Over the winter my focus for my business turns primarily to marketing and brainstorming for the next season. This year I realized I needed an outlet to 1. keep shooting in the off season and 2. get creative & work on some personal projects.
The idea for a winter styled shoot was growing in my mind. I knew I wanted something that would be romantic with a light airy feel to it. I was inspired by the feminine, creamy look to Skai Photography's senior shoots. So with my friend Jasmine, a winter muff and some flowers from the local bodega we hit the Upper East Side. I photographed this in two locations–our local Carl Schurz Park and a beautiful Art Nouveau style bridge in Central Park.
This session was so much fun! The light was beautiful and Jasmine looked exquisite!
